It might happen that your package is delayed in the mail. Our sister company Citeq Biologics has performed several studies on the stability of the material after being stuck at high temperatures for a certain amount of time. We ship out your package with the documents as required by customs. This mostly includes the CoA, MSDS and invoice. For some countries we also fill out the TSCA and the manufacturers declaration.

If your package happens to arrive during holidays or other days your company is closed, UPS will try to deliver again next day. If they fail to deliver for three times in a row, your package shall be returned to us.

We ship all our orders with UPS. It depends on your country or continent how long it will take to ship. After placing your order you will receive a track-and-trace to keep you posted.

All of our products can be shipped at room (ambient) temperature and will be delivered in freeze-dried form. The freeze-dried material will remain stable and will not lose its potency during transport. We have performed long term stability studies at -20°C and short term stability studies at ambient temperature (transport).
